عثر على حطام حاملة الطائرات “كاجا” التابعة للقوات البحرية للامبراطورية اليابانية التي غرقت في يونيو 1942 خلال معركة بحرية عند جزر ميدواي
ويفيد موقع Nippon، بأنه بعد عدة أسابيع من البحث، وجدت مجموعة أمريكية، السفينة على عمق 5.4 آلاف متر في المحيط الهادئ، باستخدام جهاز استكشاف أعماق البحار. بحسب صحيفة Daily Mail.
ويذكر أن هذه المجموعة اكتشفت في فبراير 2019 مجموعة من السفن الأمريكية واليابانية التي غرقت خلال معارك الحرب العالمية الثانية بما فيها السفينة الحربية “موساشي
وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن “كاجا” هي إحدى أربع حاملات طائرات يابانية فقدت خلال الحرب العالمية الثانية خلال معركة جزر ميدواي، التي هزمت فيها اليابان وفقدت بنتيجتها تفوقها التكتيكي والاستراتيجي على الولايات المتحدة في المحيط الهادئ خلال الحرب العالمية الثانية.
احترقت حاملة الطائرات اليابانية “كاجا” نتيجة قصف جوي، ما أضطر طاقمها إلى تركها، بعدها أتم اليابانيون إغراقها بواسطة طوربيد لكي لا تقع بيد العدو.
