Portia are delighted to announce that one our Consultants, Captain Bill Chalmers has published his second book. Following his first book – “A Guide to Ships, Their Cargoes and Working Environment”, Bill has produced a “sister” volume -“A Guide to Port and Terminal Management”. The latest book focuses on the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers syllabus and examinations for Port and Terminal Management and also benefits candidates undertaking other courses such as those offered by Lloyd’s Maritime Academy. Bill hopes that “A Guide to Port and Terminal Management” will allow ports industry professionals insights into other types of port and equipment processes along with aspects of port management they are not involved in. Portia wish Bill every success with his latest book and look forward to continuing our successful relationship.
