The Rina group, a multinational inspection, certification, and engineering consultancy, has announced the acquisition of the entire share capital of Logimatic Solutions, a software house based in Denmark. The company, with a turnover of around 6 million euros, will be fully integrated within the Genoese group and its nearly 50 employees will continue to offer highly specialized expertise from offices in Denmark, Singapore, and Chile.

“The acquisition, in line with RINA’s strategic plan, will strengthen the company’s assets, expanding the range of digital solutions dedicated to the efficiency of operations and sustainability. With this move, the company will add Sertica software to its portfolio of marine offers for fleet management, while Inextia, Fotodok, and Renomatic will complete those for the energy and industry sectors, “a note explained.
