We cordially invite you to take a look at our current annual report for 2019. Once a year we look back, let you look behind the scenes and inform you about our future plans. The latter is a particular challenge when this report is published in the summer of 2020: with the outbreak of the Corona pandemic, routines and processes have become confused worldwide. We, too, have adapted our plans to the new realities. In our current report, you will therefore learn not only what happened in 2019, but also how our company is experiencing the crisis and how we are dealing with it. Despite all the uncertainty, we are sure of one thing: people will want to meet in person in the future.
