JAXPORT has been recognized as one of Jacksonville’s healthiest companies for the fourth year in a row.
The First Coast Worksite Wellness Council recently awarded JAXPORT a platinum-level 2020 Healthiest Companies award, the program’s highest honor. The award recognizes organizations that have created a culture of health and wellbeing through best-in-class wellness programs.
JAXPORT offers employees a comprehensive wellness program that includes on-site biometric screenings, health coaching, and wellness education through regular programs aimed at improving employee health and wellbeing.
In 2019, 78 percent of JAXPORT employees participated in a wellness program initiative, well above the national average participation rate for a workplace wellness program of about 50 percent, according to insurance and benefits firm The Bailey Group.
