Pryme is building a plant in Port of Rotterdam

Pryme is building a plant in Rotterdam where 60,000 tonnes of plastic waste will be converted into pyrolysis oil every year. Shell will use this as a feedstock for its crackers in Moerdijk and Rheinland (Germany) to make circular chemical products
The agreements between Shell and Pryme in this regard also provide for the construction of a second, significantly larger plant. It is planned to be operational in 2024.
