Eric Eyo of Ince Group discusses why he joined ZESTAs Advisory Board

Eric handles an increasing number of ESG-related issues for clients. More recently such issues have included charter party decarbonization endeavour in view of the IMO’s EEXI.
Eric Eyo of Ince Group discusses why he joined ZESTAs Advisory Board saying: The truth is that we all have a part to play. Arguably, those involved in tech have the biggest part to play; for they are the innovators whose hard work is the cornerstone for realizing our climate neutrality ambitions.
Ince facilitates their work; advising in relation to the constantly evolving and internationally inconsistent legal and regulatory landscape.
The manner in which parties in this space contract with their partners and suppliers often requires urgent reconsideration
He Added: ZE Nav Chart will be an overarching and holistic blueprint for the integration of solutions across the industry to cut deep channels of True Zero through the Green Corridors. As discussed at ShipZERO26.5, by pooling resources, ships, technologies, and funding, we will de-risk competitor collaboration to accelerate the industry’s transition.
Eric Eyo emphasized: Building on ShipZERO26 at COP26 in Glasgow, we agreed to establish tangible collaborative projects to spread costs and risks as well as benefits: to think big, pulling together resources and stakeholders, transitioning port infrastructure, shipping lanes, ship design from concept to build, as well as the full spectrum of contractual relationships.
