Integrated Wind Solutions ASA (IWS), headquartered in Oslo, has announced that its subsidiary IWS Fleet AS has signed a 75-day fixed charter contract for the Commissioning Service Operation Vessel (CSOV) IWS Sunwalker with an existing client.
The IWS Sunwalker represents the sixth and final vessel in the Skywalker Class series of CSOVs, designed by Kongsberg Maritime and constructed by China Merchants Industry Holdings Co. Ltd. The vessel was delivered on September 22, 2025, and will commence operations in December upon its arrival in Europe. The charter’s end date conveniently aligns with another commitment set to begin in the first quarter of 2026.
With this latest agreement, all six Skywalker-class CSOVs have successfully secured charter contracts immediately upon delivery—a milestone that highlights IWS Fleet’s robust market position and operational reliability.
In addition, IWS Fleet confirmed a 90-day contract extension for the IWS Starwalker with an existing client, ensuring the vessel’s continued deployment well into the first quarter of 2026. The extension also aligns with another pre-existing operational commitment starting early next year.
The company reported exceptionally high commercial utilization—above 99%—during the third quarter of 2025. Four vessels operated throughout the quarter, while the IWS Moonwalker began its first charter on September 24.

IWS Fleet continues to attract strong interest in its Skywalker-class CSOVs from both existing and new clients. The company is already in active discussions for future projects and charter opportunities extending into 2027.
