LR boosts Executive Leadership Team with new Chief People Officer.
LR has appointed Sharron Pamplin as its first-ever Chief People Officer. Pamplin, who was previously a Partner at Deloitte, will join LR’s Executive Leadership Team.
Pamplin has significant experience in driving a high-performance culture within professional services businesses. Prior to her tenure at Deloitte, she held HR Director roles at engineering consultants Atkins, and recruitment specialists Hays. She is a member of the Employment and Leadership Team at Business in the Community and a non-executive director of the engineering skills charity Enginuity.
Pamplin’s role will be titled Chief People Officer to align with other executive roles in the leadership team.

The leadership team at LR has been further boosted by the appointment of Jane Austin as Group Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment Director. She joins QinetiQ, a global science and engineering company, and has worked for more than 25 years as a safety professional across a range of science, engineering, and technology sectors.
Furthermore, Nicola Good, who joined LR as Head of Externals Relations for Marine and Offshore in 2019, has been named External Communications Director.
