SCA Admiral Rabie pointed out that the increase in the number of dredgers operating in the project to 8 will enable an increase in completion rates during the coming period, as four dredgers are currently working on the expansion and deepening project. Meanwhile, the dredgers “Al-Hamra”, “Al-Merfa”, “Al-Sadr” and “Casiobia” are participating in the project of duplicating the canal in the Lesser Bitter Lakes.
SCA Admiral Osama Rabie was keen to greet the crews working on the dredgers participating in the project to develop the southern sector in both parts and follow up on the developments of engineering and civil works in the vicinity of the expansion and deepening project, where the completion rate of the new cladding exceeded about 56%, and the work of preparing the sedimentation basins is close to completion, with a completion rate of 85%, and the completion rate of the new Rabat spark plugs exceeded 45%.
