Russian Navy captured Ukrainian SAR tug in Ukrainian waters

Feb 26 2300 UTC: Ukrainian SAR tug was captured by Russian Navy in Zmeiniy island on Feb 26, communication lost. The ship was deployed on an unspecified mission in Zmeiniy island waters. The ship’s position and status, crew fate, are presently unknown.
