Normand Ships AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Solstad Offshore ASA (Solstad Offshore, OSE: SOFF), has sold the CSV Normand Jarl to a Buyer outside of the offshore industry.
Delivery of the vessel to the new owner is estimated to take place during Q1 2023.
Solstad Offshore will recognize a gain on the sale of approximately MNOK 420 to be reflected in the Q1 2023 accounts.
